Pepper Lunch Review



     Hi again friends!

    
     Now I'm going to review one of my favorite restaurant, it is Pepper Lunch. I really love their foods and desserts. They have a different taste (a really good taste) than other teppan restaurants. So I'm going to give you about their history.

    
      Pepper Lunch was created on 1994 in Tokyo, Japan by a chef and inventor Kunio Ichinose. He used a method using hot metal plates that are heated to 260 degree celcius by an electromagnetic cooker. The raw meat with vegetables and or rice are then placed on plates, where they cook in front of the customer. The meal is then mixed with a choice of either the special honey brown sauce (Amakuchi) or garlic soy sauce (Karakuchi). It's going to be delicious! My favorite dish is beef pepper rice fyi!
